Paying for it, without the panic.
A disaster bill is nobody's favorite surprise. Between insurance proceeds, honest phasing, and financing options, nearly every project has a workable path, and we'll map yours before you sign anything.
Three paths
How Twin Oaks projects get paid for
Most jobs use one of these, many use two together.
1. Insurance proceeds
For covered losses (storms, burst pipes, fires), the claim funds the work, and your out-of-pocket is the deductible. Our documentation exists to make sure the settlement reflects the real damage. Start at the claims page.
2. Financing
For replacements and rebuilds without a claim, or the gap a claim doesn't cover, we offer third-party financing options on qualifying projects. Terms explained at the kitchen table, in actual dollars, with the “is this smart for you?” conversation included.
3. Phasing & planning
Not everything has to happen at once. Structure this season, finishes next; repair now, remodel on a planned date. A written plan with locked pricing beats an emergency every time.
Our pricing promises
What you'll never get from Twin Oaks
- No mystery lump sums. Estimates are line-item, you see what everything costs and why.
- No deductible games. Illegal, and the calling card of contractors who leave town.
- No surprise invoices. Scope changes get priced and approved by you before the work happens.
- No pressure clock. “The price expires tonight” is a tactic, not a fact. Our estimates hold for a stated window, in writing.
- No shame budgets. Tell us the number you're working with; we'll tell you the most home that number buys.
